How are small manufacturers implementing the requirement to measure employee temperatures prior to the start of each shift? We are still having most staff work from home, with just 2-3 employees in the shop or office at any given time. What equipment is being used (I assume non-contact) and who is operating it. Is there a requirement to record the results?

As classified as "Essential" in the supply chain, we have been in operation on going, and implementing all of the guidelines issued by the CDC and taken additional measures within our facility. With the new Vermont requirement of daily screening for COVID-19 exposure, both temperature testing and surveying employees, the management of those requirements in a large facility and the confidentiality management of that is concerning on how we will be able to keep up with the management of the documentation. Fortunately, we have not had any employee exposure or positively tested at this point.
